We are at the start of a new week, where we can create the joy we hope to experience. The Most High has given us a new day. Think about where you are in this exact moment and relish in the fact that you are okay. You’re breathing, you’re alive…nothing else matters. Allow positivity and optimism to overtake your every thought and action. You are where you’re supposed to be. You have the power to create your happiness over and over again. Jot down what you expect to accomplish for the week. Don’t punish yourself if you don’t get to everything. Give thanks that you woke up. Appreciate that you have somewhere to be today. Put on your favorite cologne/perfume. Be grateful for travelling mercies. Be courteous and let someone know how much they mean to you. Put on your favorite song. Look yourself in the mirror and enjoy the reflection that is looking back at you. Pace yourself so that you have enough time to safely get to your destination. Smile and rest assured that all is well. Manage your stress by breathing and thinking positive thoughts. Know that you have been equipped with all the tools necessary to meet your day head on. Seek gratitude throughout the day and do something nice for someone just because. Watch how things work in your favor! Relax, you made it! Give thanks.
