Please understand that when you start to do your internal work, the Divine has a way of opening you up and gently nudging you. Effort is required, but it is not forceful. Everything comes with ease, but there is a knowing. A knowing of how to move, when to move and where to move. You will know if too much effort or force is applied. Things will begin to reveal themselves and you will be at peace. Meditation helps to quiet the mind and center you. The key is to remain balanced and let things flow gently and in the divine time and speed. This world has a way of making us behave in a crazy manner, which causes us to be off balance. Anxiety is a direct result of not allowing things to flow naturally and concerning ourselves with the future. In reality, all we have is the present. Be gentle and kind to yourself. Take time to enjoy yourself and appreciate all that you have become. Awareness makes you mindful of actions and thoughts. Today is a beautiful day. Everything is in order and perfect. You are exactly where you should be. You are beautiful, amazing, one-of-a-kind, whole, graceful and enough. Practice speaking life and positive thoughts over yourself. Do more of what makes you feel good and happy. Be kind and gentle with others. Expect nothing and appreciate everything.
