You get to a place where you need to quiet the outside world. Where the constant noise is a distraction to your peace. Where you can no longer ignore the red flags or check engine lights that are now flashing. You cannot continue relationships and situationships that no longer serve a purpose. It’s too exhausting and the price you pay is expensive. You start to reassess decisions and habits that brought you to this point. It starts with acknowledgement and accountability. Once you’re at this point, then can you move forward with grace and stride. When you recognize that each decision moving forward has to be met with caution, clarity and a clear thought process, you tend to be more selective. Owning your behaviors and taking time to assess your internal system is necessary and beneficial to a beautiful new beginning. Take your time. Do what feels good to you. Create a space of self-love, introspection, peace and healing. Truly, you know what you gotta do. Your body sounds an alarm to check-in and tune-up. What you don’t acknowledge now will show up later at the most inopportune time. Don’t avoid your healing work! Be gentle and loving with yourself. You are a work in progress.
